Start: Sineu Finish: Pollença
Travel to the island of Mallorca and arrive in Sineu. a mediaeval town with its impressive Gothic church, narrow lanes and lively outdoor terraces where you’ll stay for four nights. Rest, relax and get ready for a splendid week of cycling.
From the historic Sineu, start off cycling to Petra and pause at the monastery and museum dedicated to Padre Serra, the European ‘founder’ of California. The hilltop chapel of Bonany makes a prime spot for lunch. The next section of the route takes you along quiet country roads and dirt tracks to Ruberts before returning to your hotels through beautiful vineyards and olive groves
Challenge: 37 - 48 km / 23 - 30 mi, 635 m ascent and descent
Cross the Palma-Inca highway and traverse almond and olive orchards on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana. Stop in Alaró to see the lovely castle then skip 3 km in traffic by taking ancient footpaths to Binissalem, with one short non-cyclable section. Circling back, you ‘sail down’ a lovely inland road and wind through authentic farmland past impressive estates and ancient villages.
Challenge: 67 km / 42 mi, 575 m ascent and descent
Classic Mallorquin windmills mark the way today as you turn south. Choice of visiting three different chapels on the 450 m ascent up Puig de Randa or taking a gentler route directly to Llucmajor to skirt the Puig. Toward the end, a dirt track leads to Montuiri then you cycle back to your hotel.
Challenge: 51- 61 km / 32 - 38 mi, 550 m ascent and descent
Bid farewell to your kind hosts in Sineu and ride north to Llubí on a fairly relaxed tour. From Campanet, you pedal into a quiet valley of carob and almonds groves. Approaching Pollença you endure 2 km / 1,2 mi on a busy main road and are rewarded on arrival at your comfortable charming accommodation.
Challenge: 37 km / 23 mi, 430 m ascent, 510 m descent
Trek to the tourist mecca of Sa Pobla with an optional detour via Muro and Santa Margalida. Marvel at typical Mallorcan landscapes with windmills and fields of artichokes. Then get lost in a tiny yet beautiful corner of the world, the peaceful marshlands at S’Albufera ideal for spotting an array of water birds.
Challenge: 533 - 53 km / 20,5 - 33 mi, 275 / 175 m ascent and descent
Today you can opt for an easy ride to gorgeous north coast beaches or a strenuous ascent to Lluc Monastery, especially tough in hot weather or weekend traffic.
Challenge: 15.5 - 25 - 37 - 47 km / 9,5 - 15,5 - 23 - 29 mi, 50 - 325 m ascent and descent

We would have stuck to normal bikes as it was a very easy ride. The e-bikes did allow us to meander around and enjoy long lunches.
Absolutely loved the Sineu accommodation - Hotel Can Joan Capo. Staff were excellent, friendly, and made the stay so enjoyable. The property was amazing. Wish it was warm enough to swim. Well situated in the town. Breakfast was excellent. The bike lock up was the best we have seen on our travels. The town of Pollença and Alcúdia were highlights for in town experiences - dining and Easter processions.
The hotel in Pollença was , Hotel San San Jordi was also very good. Nice breakfasts and very helpful staff.
The trip notes were outstanding. As were other notes provided on the App. Very clear with instructions, contact details (just amend the App phone number to the correct one on the trip notes).
