If you are travelling to and from Barcelona by car, it is better to take the ferry to Palma de Mallorca. However, it is not at all convenient to take your car over to the island, as the transport fee is quite high. In addition, at the end of the trip it is faster and easier to get back to the ferry terminal by public transport or taxi than by car.
GPS tracks are available on request.
"Our favourite accommodation was Es Petit Hotel in Valdemossa: nice room with a beautiful view, friendly hosts and a great breakfast. We enjoyed Day 4 the most due to the variety of the scenary, but the best view was from Puig d’Aguila on Day 7. We skipped the walk on Day 6 due to bad weather and enjoyed lunch at Lluc Monastery instead"
