"Really great week: The weather was cool but perfect for walking and the wild flowers were at their best. Sotres is the perfect base for exploring this part of the Picos. My second stay in Hotel Sotres - friendly and welcoming with superb food"
"A very good time. Accomodation Lugar do Cotarino is a nice place, at the village edge of Camarinas. Some steps to walk there to, but quite, good and natural climate in the rooms. An old dog and two cats are running around and greet everyone"
"Viaje por bellos campos y muy solitarios, sin coches ni animales. Gentes muy amables y acogedoras, pueblos de arquitectura muy original y de barrancos impresionantes"
"This was our third inn to inn independent hiking trip with S-cape. We have enjoyed all three. What we soon learned is that there are many companies that offer the same basic itinerary. What we have found is that S-cape's offerings are more reasonably priced and in addition in many cases S-cape's lodgings are better. I am sure we will be taking another trip with S-cape in the near future"
"La Gomera est une île sublime et sauvage. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses. Les randonnées sont assez faciles avec toutefois quelques passages un peu vertigineux. Une magnifique découverte ! Et encore une fois, organisation au top avec S-cape!"
"Overall, a very well delivered and managed trip. That's why this is our third (and not last) trip with S-Cape"
"The spring flowers, the milking of the cows and cheese making at Rocca Di Gonato, the mists rolling in at Pomieri - a perfect escape from life in the city. Each accommodation had it's own personality and unique charm. We were impressed with the ActiveNav app but consider it as a safety net rather than the primary means of navigation. We preferred the written route notes as they were more descriptive and encourage the visual engagement with ones surroundings.
The email communications with Victoria, Anna and Barbra were excellent and gave us a sense of personal engagement with S-cape "
"Very nice walks and beautiful surroundings. Perfectly organized by S-Escape"
"Juste parfait. Les randos sont faciles et agréables, les hotels et auberges douillettes et accueillantes et nous avons, la plupart du temps, très bien mangé ! Le soleil, les villages abandonnés et les biquettes... nous avons adoré !. Médaille d'Or à l'hotel La Choca (Lecina) et au restaurant Fiorentino (Rodellar) pour l'accueil adorable et la cuisine délicieuse ! Nous avons adoré les villages abandonnés et les biquettes qui ont pris possession du territoire"
"The accommodation was great! People were friendly and everything was perfect! Very friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere. The small villages of Luciano and Murlo were beautiful and not touristic, really a recommendation!. The valleys we passed on the strada bianca's (that you would never visit by car) were very beautiful and quiet"
"Walking in Dordogne is a great experience. The best thing about is that anybody can do it. We went with 3 small kids, you don't have to be an experienced hiker or super athlete to walk the trail proposed. It's safe and easy to plan. The route is not marked very well, however the maps provided together with the GPS tracking files makes it very simple to manage. Dordogne surprised us by its beauty - and we have hiked many trails in Italy and Spain. The scenery is awesome. And the hotels chosen by Scape were really nice."
"We made a beautiful and exciting bike ride through the Sierra Subbetica. Good hotels, very nice and helpful people, intriguing nature and good weather. The bike ride was challenging, with a few strong climbs every day through beautiful and scenic landscapes and mostly quiet, well-maintained roads. A reasonable physical condition and experience in cycling in the mountains seems advisabel. Cultural-historical interest is addressed by combining the tour with trips to Cordoba, Granada and Montefrio. Peter, Netherlands, March 2019"
"The whole route was very nice!. Clear and extensive route descriptions (both on paper and tracks for GPS). Nice that often two options where possible = choice. Very comprehensive and useful complementary information (e.g on how to get there)"
"Windy Tinos. Hold onto your hat and map!!. Walking in Greek Islsnds in August can be hot madness crowded and usually not recommended, but on Tinos there are no crowds on the walks, the wind offers a welcome break from the sun. And if you want the crowds just head to the town. I really recommend the walk to and from Livada beach, and the day to Agapi and Komi. Take your time. I wish I had spent a little longer exploring the villages. Not forgetting the Levkes Pension. , Simple but everything you need. The food and location make it a great base for exploring"
"¡Una experiencia muy buena!"
