How S-Cape Travel and our clients collaborate with Giving Back To Nature

All our trips take place in natural environments, and it is nature itself that allows us to enjoy some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes. That is why we believe we must also contribute to its protection.

For every booking, our travellers contribute €5, and we add another €5. These funds are channelled through the Giving Back to Nature foundation, an independent initiative that supports nature and biodiversity conservation projects in different parts of the world.

Giving Back to Nature works with local organisations that carry out practical conservation work, such as habitat restoration, ecosystem recovery, wildlife protection and scientific monitoring. The foundation selects and manages the projects to ensure that contributions support specific initiatives with a positive environmental impact.

Some examples of their projects are:

• Strengthening brown bear conservation in the Cantabrian mountains (Spain)
• The restoration of heath corridors near Gorssel (The Netherlands)
• Protecting Madagascar's last Highland rainforest (Madagascar)
• Costa Rica - Samara Beach (Completed)
• Azores - Risso Dolphins (Completed)
