We have adapted our cancellation conditions to allow for MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY: if you book a tour with S-cape Travel under the current travel restrictions we will charge as few cancellation fees as possible** until 30 days before departure, and even less in some cases:

• until 15 days before departure => if you personally are affected by travel restrictions related to COVID-19 (e.g. cancellation of flights, forced quarantine (after your return) issued by local government or employers etc.)
• until 15 days before departure => if you decide to re-schedule your holiday (within 12 months)
• always => if your S-cape destination in Europe has been declared a high risk or banned travel zone by the World Health Organization (WHO) or the Foreign office of your national government

COVID-specific travel regulations such as mandatory testing, obligatory COVID certificate and the like are NOT considered reason for cancellation.

(*) Customers who belong to the State security forces or work in the sanitary system and are required to go back to “front line” again due to a resurgence of the coronavirus, will be able to cancel their booking without costs. 

(**) Costs related to non-refundable services such as trip documents already sent to customers or already in the hotels, non-refundable ferry, train, bus tickets, etc.
